This Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we collect when you visit our website (available at: (the “Site”) and on our GlassesOn applications (the “App(s)”) (collectively, the “Service”).

Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use available here: terms, which this Privacy Policy is incorporated thereto by reference (together, the “Terms”).



Please note: you are not obligated to provide us with any personal information by law. You hereby agree and acknowledge that you are providing us with personal information at Your own free will, for the purpose of allowing us to provide you with the Service, and that we may keep such personal information in database which will be registered and kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What information may we collect about our users?

The Company collects two types of information:
The first type of information the company collects is anonymous information that does not recognize individuals or can be linked to a specific User (“Non-Personal Information”). The Company is not aware of the identity of the User from which it collected such personal information. Non-Personal Information is any public information, which is available to the Company as Users make use of the App(s) and/or Site. Non-Personal Information collected by the Company, including technical information and information about User behavior, and may include, among other things:

  • version of the operating system
  • screen resolution
  • type and version of the device
  • User’s mobile provide
  • operating system's language
  • browser type and version
  • length of time User is on the Service
  • Company may also retain a "Calibration Image" which is an image with a known size (such as plastic standard magnetic card) to allow the Service to create 3D model from 2D image (see Frequently asked Questions at: When a magnetic card is identified in the image, Company shall make reasonable efforts to apply an obfuscation process such that the image shall be saved to Company database without recognizable details on the card itself. This Calibration Image shall be retained linked only to Non Personal Information and meta data (device details, geolocation data, screen size and resolution, date/time)

The second type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature namely:

  • User IP address and the derived geolocation of the User.
  • Any independently User-provided personal details (as applicable and if actually provided).
  • Your name, contact details and any other information you provide the Company as part of your correspondences or communications with the Company (e.g. for contacting us from the Company's website or for seeking support).
  • Your eye glasses parameters (in the Copy Glass App only), lens analysis, pupillary distance and other personal information rendered through the Service. Company retains such data linked only to (i) a random identifier which is not linked to your details and to (ii) Non Personal data and meta data (device details, general geolocation data, screen size and resolution, date/time) and (iii) with other similar information such as lens power including sphere, cylinder, axis and pupillary distance.
  • Phone number – only for use by the Company as part of the download process of the App(s). Company does not retain user's phone number after the download.
  • Persistent unique identifiers used only for providing the Service (such as linking your web device to your mobile device within a particular session through a QR code or to send your eye glasses parameters, upon your request, to our business associates or for allowing Company to support the service). The persistent identifier allows us to understand how (anonymous) users interact with the App(s) over time, i.e. across different sessions. If and when a user reaches out for support, we can then - at the User's prompt - connect the anonymous identifier as well as the session ID to a specific person, and then provide required the support.
How Do We Collect Information About Our Users?

There are two main methods we use:

  1. Use of the Service. When you use the Service, we collect Non-Personal Information derived from information we receive from third party providers. We also collect Non-Personal Information when you access or use the Service. In other words, we are aware of your usage of the Service and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage, either independently or through the help of third-party services as detailed below.
  2. Voluntarily Provided. We may collect Personal Information which you voluntarily provide when you use or register for the Service. We may store the Personal Information and Non-Personal Information through our authorized third-party
How Do We Use Your Information?

Your information is collected for purposes, which include without limitation the following:

  1. to provide you with and operate the Service
  2. for statistical and research purposes;
  3. to develop, improve and custom the Service and offering available through the Services;
  4. Certain information is gathered to be able to contact Users for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance, support, and collect feedback;
  5. to be able to reply to User online queries or governmental agencies’ requests;
  6. for customization and improvement of the Service’s accuracy and interface;
  7. to comply with any applicable rule or regulation.
  8. to comply with any applicable law and assist law enforcement agencies under any applicable law, when Company has a good faith belief that Company's cooperation with the law enforcement agencies is legally mandated or meets the applicable legal standards;
  9. to prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity theft and other illegal activities and misuse of the Services and to enforce Company's Terms
  10. to handle breakdowns and malfunctions
  11. to take any action in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and the Service, or between you and other users or third parties with respect to, or in relation with the Service
Sharing Information with Third Parties:

6Over6 will not share any Personal Information it collects with any third party other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy and will consider Personal Information that User provided as confidential.

In light of the aforementioned, Company may disclose Personal Information only in the following cases:

  1. to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request;
  2. to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the TOU, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
  3. to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;
  4. to respond to User's support requests;
  5. to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party had been transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment;
  6. to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Company, its Users, or the general public;
  7. when Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets;
  8. to collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through Company's authorized third party service providers (i.e. Amazon cloud services), as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws and level of protection as in your jurisdiction;
  9. pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure.
  10. to cooperate with third parties for the purpose of enhancing User’s experience.
  11. we may share your eye glasses parameters and unique identifier with an approved business associate only for the purpose of allow you to make business transactions upon your request (e.g. transferring your eye glasses parameters (using a standard SSL and HTTPS protocols) to an online retailer for you to be able to purchase glasses) – such information may be retained with the party such information is furnished to.
  12. In any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and 6Over6 or its affiliates or business associates, or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation with the Services;
  13. In any case where Company reasonably believes that sharing information is necessary to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property; For avoidance of doubt, 6Over6 may transfer and disclose or otherwise use Non-Personal Information or information which is linked to anonymous random identifiers or information that is aggregated in a non-identifiable way, at its own discretion.
Third Party Software/Service :

While using the Service we may be using third party software and/or service for various needs, inter alia, in order to collect and/or process the information detailed herein (the “Third Party Service Provider”). Note that these are independent software and/or service providers and 6Over6 does not take any liability about the information collection policies of these providers, or about any kind of issue, legal or otherwise, relating thereto. Changing or Deleting Personal Information:

Company does not retain personal information other than set forth above. If for any reason you wish to modify or delete your Personal Information (such as contact details) please contact us at:, and we will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws within reasonable time. Note that unless you instruct us otherwise we may retain your Personal Information for a period of no longer than one (1) year).

Please note, upon request to delete your account, 6Over6 may depersonalize your information instead of deleting it for the purpose of enhancing and improving our Services that means that some types of information may not be deleted in order to keep the integrity of our system but rather striped from any personal information linked to such information and having such data be anonymized.

Use of Cookies and Local Storage:

To make this Site work properly, when you visit or access our Site we use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” (or similar technologies) in order to improve your user experience either for the duration of your visit (using a ‘session cookie’) or for repeat visits (using a ‘persistent cookie’).

Please note that by deleting or disabling future cookies, your user experience may be affected and you might not be able to take advantage of certain functions of our Site, therefore, your online experience may be limited.

Direct Marketing and Push Notifications

We do not send unsolicited mail (Spam). Sometimes we may need to contact you with a certain offer. You hereby agree that we may inform you regarding products, commercial offers, services and new features which may interest you via the Service. You may voluntarily provide us your email address for support purposes, and we only use your email to provide support.

You may withdraw your consent via sending a written notice to Company by email to the following address: or on the same manner as the advertising was transmitted to you or by changing your preferences in your personal account.

You are hereby agreeing for the App to use push notifications (messages that are shown on your device outside of the application itself. You can always withdraw your consent by changing your device settings.


We take a great care in implementing and maintaining the security of 6Over6’s Service and its User’s Personal Information. 6Over6 employs procedures and policies to ensure the safety of its Users’ Personal Information, and prevent unauthorized use of any such information. We do not, however, guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
